Warranty

At AYSH, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece we create. Each item is covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery, protecting you against any manufacturing defects. Manufacturing defects refer to issues such as loose stones, faulty clasps, broken chains, or any structural irregularities that occur despite normal use. 

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, exposure to harsh chemicals, general wear and tear, or lost items. If you believe your jewelry has a defect covered under our warranty, please email us at contact@aysh.ca with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. Our team will assess your claim and guide you through the next steps.
