Whether you’re treating yourself or gifting someone special, here’s how to find the right ring size from the comfort of your home.
Option 1: Measuring with a Ring You Own
- Choose a ring that fits the intended finger
- Measure the inner diameter (in mm) using a ruler
- Use the chart below to match the diameter to your ring size

| 15.6 | 5 |
| 16.5 | 6 |
| 17.3 | 7 |

Option 2: Measure Your Finger
- Cut a thin strip of paper or use a non-stretch string
- Wrap it snugly around the base of your finger (not too tight)
- Mark where the ends meet, then measure that length in millimeters
- Use the chart below to find your corresponding ring size
| Finger Circumference (mm) | US/Canada Size |
|---|---|
| 46.8 | 4 |
| 49.3 | 5 |
| 51.9 | 6 |
| 54.4 | 7 |
| 57.0 | 8 |
| 59.5 | 9 |
Tips for Accurate Sizing
- Measure at the end of day when your fingers are warm
- Avoid measuring when your hands are cold as fingers can shrink
